My name is Dan Sito, and I am a tax lawyer based in Seattle. Until recently, I was a partner in the tax group at Perkins Coie, where I advised founders, fund sponsors, and companies of all sizes on the federal income tax aspects of complex business transactions. I also served as the firm’s first AI Innovation Partner, coordinating strategic AI adoption across practice groups.
Before that, I was a tax associate at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, and I spent a wonderful summer in the Federal Tax Clinic at Loyola University Chicago School of Law representing low-income taxpayers.
Now I am founding Sito PC: a new kind of law firm devoted to reimagining the client service model around the capabilities of agentic AI.
